Scott Peabody was listed in the Courier Mail’s Top 10 houses for 2011 for his design of the Braeside Residence. This house is nestled into the hillside in Alderley and has been designed to offer the family flexibility in living spaces, each with their own sense of place and connection with the landscape. Careful consideration has been given to framing the panoramic views towards the north and east from all the living and bedroom spaces along with offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas. The design of the window seats with the glass enclosed room to the side of the veranda provides a space to relax and take and the amazing surrounding views.
