Camborne Townhouses

The Camborne Street Townhouse Project required a unique design approach to resolve the existing infrastructure constraints of this infill site including significant stormwater pipes and overland flow issues. The development outcome is seven 3 storey, two bedroom townhouses. Each dwelling has the entry and car accommodation at ground level, with an open plan living area extending onto generous balcony spaces at level one, and two bedrooms each with individual ensuites at the upper level.
