Whitehaven Coal Office Fitout

Whitehaven have recently expanded their Brisbane corporate premises to coincide with the acquisition of additional Queensland assets. Built by FDC and located across three floors in an A-Grade CBD office building, Arqus Design’s fit out features flexible open-plan working environments, training and meeting areas, communal break out spaces and the custom designed Remote Operational Control Centre. To ensure 24 hour uninterrupted operation of the ROC required the introduction of significant redundancy infrastructure including roof top back-up generators, batteries, and supplementary air conditioning services.
